Maranatha Christian Church Mini Seminar in Calgary, Alberta, Canada

In Canada, in the province of Alberta, the Maranatha Christian Church held a mini-seminar in Calgary, bringing together brethren from Maranatha congregations in Toronto, Edmonton, Ottawa, and Winnipeg.

Eight pastors from other Christian denominations also attended the event and expressed great appreciation for the teachings presented. They shared that the lessons would be taken back to their congregations for the edification of the Body of Christ.

The seminar began with a welcome message from Pastor Cesario Sousa, president of the Maranatha Christian Church in Canada. Worship songs sung in English brought joy and spiritual renewal to the congregation.

Pastor Renato Hott then taught the class “The Work as a Way of Life,” emphasizing the Holy Spirit’s government and guidance in the life of the Church. Following, Pastor Rodrigo França delivered a message on the doctrine of the blood, encouraging believers to pursue sanctification and seek the Holy Spirit’s direction.

The mini-seminar concluded with a class on the Body of Christ, followed by the Lord’s Supper service. During the service, children and intermediate groups sang a hymn about the return of the Lord Jesus, bringing a moment of joy and expectation to the congregation.
