A failed transaction does not complete the ETH deposit even though a network fee may have been charged. Compare the explorer result with the order and contact support using the order identifier and transaction hash. Do not claim that payment was completed based only on a wallet history entry.

ETH was sent to the wrong address or network

Stop creating further transactions. Record the order identifier, transaction hash, asset, network, destination, amount, and time shown by the wallet. Contact the operator controlling the destination or the exchange’s support channel. Blockchain transfers can be difficult or impossible to reverse, and recovery depends on technical control of the destination, network compatibility, and applicable policies; it must not be assumed or promised.

Deposit is confirmed but the order is still waiting
